What conditions should the product meet?
General Return Terms Applicable to All Categories
The products purchased by Factors 3D can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the consignment, whether natural or legal.
All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered. Products that have been repaired by an unauthorized person or are damaged by you, those with damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear or overexposure, scratches, traces of impact (eg but not limited to - mechanical / electrical shocks). Products not accompanied by all the accessories that were delivered to you will not be accepted.
You must return the products in original packaging, accompanied by intact labels, the original warranty, if it has been issued by the manufacturer / distributor and all the documents with which the product has been delivered.
If the product we ship is accompanied by a gift, when you return the product, you must return the gift.
In case you bought more than one identical product and want to return two or more of them, only one of these products can be opened. The rest must be in a sealed package. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.

Computers: laptops, notebooks, desktops, monitors
- Before returning the product, make sure that it is not password protected and that all of your accounts have been deleted so that we can restore the product to its original condition from the point of view of the software;
- You can not return the product if it has an OEM license enabled or if the operating systems or other programs with which the product was delivered have been uninstalled;
Mobile phones, tablets and accessories

- You can only restore back-ups to tablets and phones if they are not used;
Printers, scanners, consumables
- Printers or multifunction devices whose consumables have been printed can not be returned;
- Consumables such as batteries, printer cartridges, accessories and office supplies can only be returned if they are sealed;
* Goods for which a warranty period is not stated in the product description should be considered as goods without a warranty card.

**** Orders accepted by 17:00 on the same business day should be sent immediately. For late orders shipment is made on the first possible business day for couriers.
Products and orders may be refused on delivery if the original packaging is not damaged and the cost of delivery and return by the courier company is at the expense of the Customer.
